NGWS Authenticode runs on your computer. We do not receive the files you sign, your certificates, your PFX, your YubiKey PIN, or your private keys.
We may have: the email and name you give 2Checkout or the help desk; the machine code you paste at checkout or that the program writes to MachineCode.txt; the license record we generate; and the result of an update check if you leave automatic updates on. The update check reads a version file from this website. It does not send your files or your certificate.
Payments are processed by 2Checkout under 2Checkout’s policy. We use that receipt to email your license. We do not sell personal data or use it for ads.
Support tickets are kept long enough to resolve the issue. Request access or deletion through the help desk. We aim to answer within 30 days.
This product is not directed at children under 16.
Terms of use
The software is licensed, not sold. One paid license authorizes one PC, bound to that computer’s machine code. You may not rent the license, publish the validation key, or circumvent the license check.
The $79 price does not include a code-signing certificate. You supply your own Windows certificate, YubiKey, or PFX, and you are responsible for that credential and its PIN or password.
The software is provided as-is. We do not warrant that a signature will meet a particular store, enterprise, or contractual requirement. You are responsible for verifying the signed files and for keeping backups.
A YubiKey may ask for its PIN once per file. That is the token. This program does not bypass it.
Evaluation is 30 days and 20 runs. A run is one launch. During a run you may sign as many files as you need.
Governing use of the website: do not attack the site, scrape license endpoints, or submit another person’s machine code as your own.
