NGWS Authenticode runs on your computer. We do not receive your files, messages, private keys, or signature contents.

We may have: the email and name you give 2Checkout or the help desk; the machine code you paste at checkout or via the application; the license record we generate; anonymous version checks if you turn on update lookup.

Payments are processed by 2Checkout under 2Checkout’s policy. We use that receipt to email your license. We do not sell personal data or use it for ads.

Public keys, certificates are not stored by us. Support tickets are kept long enough to resolve the issue but may be backed up for historical reasons.

Request access or deletion: use the help desk or the support page. We aim to answer within 30 days.

This product is not directed at children under 16.
