To better serve you we have a Ticket System where you sign in and open a ticket. There are two mandatory sections when opening a ticket and that is your email address, your full name and topics. There will be a drop-down you can select between topics. Where possible you should detail the steps required to reproduce the problem in the detail section. The more details you can provide the faster we can reproduce the issue and resolve the problem.
