Timestamp servers are RFC 3161 required and there are many in the drop down. However, you can also input your own and click the Save URL for a custom server. Upon start up, the application usually checks for a live timestamp server. However, you can also press the preflight botton which will let you know if the time server is entering, usually a 204 code.
