It runs on Windows 11 and on Windows 10 version 20H2 or later, 32-bit or 64-bit. It does not run on Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10 version 2004 and earlier, because it requires .NET Framework 4.8.1.

A code-signing certificate in the Windows store, a YubiKey with that certificate, or a local PFX and its password

An Internet connection for the timestamp server and for the update check

The Windows SDK is not required. SignTool is included with the program.
