Subscriptions are for one year which include updates, both major, minor or bug fixes. First you will need to check for a software update. Sign into NextGen Widget Encrypt, click on Options Settings, Software Updater. Click on yes it will take you to the website to be able to download the updated version. Place the installer and any directory you wish but remember the directory.



Next, close NextGen Widget Encrypt and double-click on the installer. In this example it's "NGWEsetup_v4.3.0513.7.exe". Follow the directions of the installer and you're done



The installer will install NextGen Widget Encrypt in the program files directory unless you you choose a different location.


It will create a desktop shortcut and in the program start up it creates a shortcut to the uninstall program. Uninstalling the program is just as easy as installing it. However, the uninstaller will not remove your Key Store file. This file is created by NextGen Widget Encrypt and as a result the installer is not aware of it.


You can choose to keep this file or delete it.


AUTO SOFTWARE CHECK:


Just recently an auto check for updates has been added to the software. This way, it will automatically check the server each time the software is loaded. Use how it works.


Go to the "Options Settings" and you will now see two types of checks for updated software. One that checks every 30 days automatically and the manual check has been left intact.


Just click the checkbox and that's it.
